Hi all, for those that haven’t seen or heard the latest from Tainan, I’ll provide a short update. The Pool play has been completed and we are 0-5, with a very competitive game v Italy. The standard of baseball is extremely high and the size and strength of the opposition has to be admired. So with that behind us, we have 3 games to go in the consolation round. South Africa today, Fiji tomorrow and then Czech Republic to finish off. Whilst it has been challenging, I’m sure that every player will not only improve but also cherish the experience and their understanding of what it takes to compete.
